At BC Style & Crafts, every order comes with free shipping — no minimums, no fine print. We want the moment your package arrives to feel as good as the moment you found the piece. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship, how returns work, and how we make it right if something goes wrong.

 

🚛 Shipping Information

We dispatch all standard orders within 3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

 

United States Shipping Options:

 

Standard Shipping — $4.99 | 10–14 business days | Free on orders over $59.99

Fast Shipping — $9.99 | 6–10 business days | Free on orders over $99.99

DHL Official — $14.99 | 3–7 business days | Free on orders over $149.99

 

Canada & International Shipping: We ship to Canada with the same commitment to quality service. International shipping to select countries is also available — rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import fees for international orders.

 

Note: For special orders or made-on-demand products, delivery timelines may vary. We will always notify you in advance if your order requires additional processing time.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges — 30-Day Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your order, we make the return process as simple as possible.

 

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  1. Returned within 30 days of delivery

  2. Unworn and unwashed

  3. In original condition with all tags and packaging attached

 

How to start a return: Email us at support@BCStyleCrafts.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please do not send items back before contacting us first.

 

Refund processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

⛔️ Non-Returnable Items

To keep our prices competitive, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  1. Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' at time of purchase

  2. Gift cards and e-gift cards

  3. Earrings, bodysuits, swimwear, and underwear (for hygiene reasons, where applicable)

 

Non-returnable items are always clearly marked on the product page and confirmed at checkout before you buy.

 

✅ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind every item in our collection. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@BCStyleCrafts.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a full replacement or refund and cover all return shipping at no cost to you.

 

❌ Order Cancellations

We process and dispatch orders quickly. Cancellations are only possible before your order enters our fulfillment process. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at support@BCStyleCrafts.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been submitted to our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

 

👣 Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building manager, and your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
